Our history

In more than 20 years of work we contributed to the creation and the evolution of the concept of Customer Care, with team spirit, constant updating, continued attention to customers’ needs and daily technological change.

Our milestones

1989

DIALOG GmbH is founded in Cologne, Germany.

1992

DIALOG manages the first customer care phone service for automobile industry in Europe, the first one-brand on the road emergency service and the first 24/7 service.

1995

An internal IT department is created to develop innovative software programs and applications.

2002

DIALOGO Italia is founded in Verona for the customer care service, prospect and sellers in the automotive sector, soon becoming a reference point for brands of different merchandise sectors.

2009

With the introduction of online video assistance, DIALOGO is again a provider of up-to-date services.

2012

The solutions portfolio is enriched with the assistance services, both online and through social media.

2013

DIALOGO celebrates its 10 th anniversary.
